Sehr kleine und relativ transparente, zahnkarpfenähnliche Fische, die durch ein eigenartiges Organ in der Kehlregion (Priapium) ausgezeichnet sind. Sie kommen im Süß- und Brackwasser Südostasiens vor, Pflegeansprüche sind kaum bekannt.

It is found in small, slow flowing streams in Sarawak of Borneo. They like to swim in school. They are very easy to die, so I don't know much of their behaviour. I failed to keep them in my fish tank.
