Morning and evening - flakes, frozen blood worms and bbs (no particular order - flakes mostly with blood worms and bbs occassionally).

Daily top up with nutrifin aquaplus, weekly top up with nutrifin aquaplus and easylife. Water changes - when I'm not lazy

Have enough hiding places such as caves, feed well and they are likely to spawn, female will guard the eggs until hatch. After hatching - I don't know, still in the learning stage
